ระบบติดตามข้อมูลคดีเพื่อบริการประชาชน หรือ Case Tracking System For public (CTSP) เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่จะเชื่อมต่อกับฐานข้อมูลในระบบสารบบคดีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเรียกดูข้อมูลรายละเอียดและติดตามสถานะของการดำเนินคดีรวมถึงกำหนดการนัดหมายของคดีผ่านอุปกรณ์สื่อสารเคลื่อนที่ต่างๆแอปพลิเคชัน CTSP มีความสามารถในการให้บริการ ดังต่อไปนี้1. สามารถติดตามความคืบหน้าของคดี ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้2. ระบบมีขั้นตอนการยื่นคำร้องออนไลน์ที่จะสะดวก การกรอกแบบฟอร์มคำร้อง การตรวจสอบสถานะคำร้อง และแจ้งผลคำร้อง โดยมีแบบฟอร์มคำร้อง 1.คำร้องขอปล่อยตัวชั่วคราว 2. คำร้องขอประกันตัวผู้ต้องหา 3.คำร้องขอเลื่อนการส่งตัวฟ้องศาล เป็นต้น 3.สามารถทราบเวลา สถานที่การนัดหมายต่างๆในคดีได้ 4.ให้บริการข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด เพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้าใจถึงบทบาทหน้าที่ และการทำงานหลักของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด5.สามารถประเมินคุณภาพของการให้บริการ ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดและประเมินประสิทธิภาพ แอปพลิเคชันจะมีระบบลงทะเบียนสำหรับให้ผู้ประสงค์ขอใช้งานใหม่กรอกข้อมูลตามที่กำหนด เช่น เลขประจำตัวประชาชน และมีการยืนยันตัวตนผ่านรหัส OTP จากนั้นจะได้รับการแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Push Notification ให้ไปยืนยันตนด้วยตัวเอง ณ สำนักงานอัยการทั่วประเทศภายในเวลาที่กำหนดอีกครั้งCase Tracking System For Public (CTSP) is an application that connects to the database in the electronic case file system of the Attorney General's Office.
